In most instances this is dead on. There are a lot of workers that use the system and don't do shit as well though.

Management structure is horrible. It is filled with folks who won't "rock the boat" and agree with anything coming from above. There are few new and good ideas that can breed in that kind of environment. Combine that with the top heavy, nepotism filled upper tier of management in Washington DC that has no practical experience with whatever they are in charge of and it's no wonder the biggest enemy is our selves.

Ridiculous internal procedures make getting the actual mission accomplished really difficult and as a result morale in the ranks is pitiful in my Department (and many other departments as well from all I've heard).

I've said it before. I never thought I'd experience anything more FUBAR than the military, but it runs like a Swiss made watch compared to the Federal Government. :wtf:
BlueBlazer Reviewed by BlueBlazer on . Soc Security System I just found out today why seniors are pissed off at the Social Security System. To even get where you can choose to speak to an agent, you have to listen to the same computer voice as Microsoft uses with a bunch of bullshit. The last thing it does is send you to an agent or give you that choice. The computer voice can't distinguish between "D" and "B" when you are asked to give your name. What every happened to actually taking to a human. I wanna fucking scream..............no wonder Rating: 5
