It depends what type of high you are looking to get from your results. If you harvest when trichs are all cloudy you will get the head buzz along with pain relief. If you wait until the trichs are mostly amber you will get the couch-lock experience. A mixture of cloudy and amber will give you both affects but more of one than the other if the trichs show it.
