Hi folks, So for about two years now I have had chronic back and neck pain resulting from what my neurologist classified as chronic menegitis, which in lay terms is a seperating of the menenges or lining of the brain from the brain itself. As I understand it the chronic back and neck pain would be a qualifier to become a mmj patient.
