I think i will go down the route of dilutation then, it seems easy enough.

I will be on the red meats, doing a 1 mile run every morning and evening (to and from work) and then also drinking sustainable amounts of fluids... to what i can cope with, i have a weak bladder so if i drink too much ill pee'ing every two minutes and that isnt good for me... not when i have to leave my desk to go to a loo and everyones wondering why im up and down like a yo-yo
