Cfl hydroponic grow closet

I got this plant, that as a child was on the edge of dying
It got chomped on by roaches anyways
Now its a month old in a dwc system(10gallons) using 4cfls 5500k and5000k bulbs is this enough for a mother plant?

cause I was planing on just taking cuttings from her and yea flowering those.
Iwas also wondering is a week good or2weeks good then I have to change the water and I nvr feed them only when I,change water so yea give me ur intell on wat yu think
