    Need help! First time growing.

    Hi
This everyone, this is my first time asking questions and growing. I had one badge before this one but I totally screw it up. Went into a flowering with spider mites( little bustards ) they attacked my plants pritty hard around 5th week, I sprayed them with Safer Soap, killed them but totally fucked up the plants I think they stopes flowering for few weeks and than bastards came back again right at the end cause my other plants in veggie room were infested as well and I didn't treat them. So I harvest my plants anyway. They smokable but nothing special.
So now I've treated my other plants: sprayed them with Safer soap 3 times with intervals of 3 days apart and hanged two No Pest Strips in the room. It looks like they finally gone. I am 3rd week into a flowering now and I think I over fed them. I am using Fox Farm nutrients. I was using half of the recommended dosage before and I decided to go full strength. What a stupid idea! So leafs are got dry and brown at the ends some got yellow so I didn't feed my plants already for two weeks, just water. Alot of leafs dryed up, especially on the bottom, but I have a lot new green growth. I am planing to go back to feeding again. Can I do it or not? Also 4 gays ago all lights went out so they were probably 24 hr without a light and I still don't have electricity thank God I found one line that was still working so I hooked up only 2 of 4 lights, fan and CO2. Do you think they will survive? How much of nutrients should I use half or less of recommended dosage?

Sounds like you will be fine refeeding at half Nutes after the two week flush, it's good you recognized the signs and adjusted...

The lights should not be a problem unless it happens all the time...

Throw up some photos and lets see what you got...!

Some of this pix are bottoms of the ladies where most of the damage occurred and some are the tops that I think looks OK. I don't think that bottom branches will ever recover. Its a 3rd week into the flowering.

They got hit petty hard, weakened by the bug/treatment then over Nuteing but you still got a lot of meat on the bones...

I'd start removing the dead foliage and make sure the room is clean/clean as to not attract more diseases and or bugs...

Growing different strains together can be a pain if they have different requirements as you found out. Best to start with one strain at a time till you get to know the strains you work with, then mixing the grow is a lot easier...

I do not use CO2 because I have a vented room, lots of fresh air flow so it would just be a waste. CO2 benefits closed systems the best as CO2 needs to be replenished as the plants use it as there in no outside air coming into the room. To use CO2 correctly takes some knowledge and experience, after all it can kill you..."-(

If there happy at half the Nutes stay there, no matter what any one or book says you need to listen to your plants and do what they like...

MJ has a habit of bouncing back better then expectations if given a chance...

    Keep us up dated...

Mites are back! They were gone for a month. It's a 5th week in to a flowering. I am not spraying my ladies with anything, fuck no! It will ruin everything. I dumped about 2000 lady bugs on them yesterday and I'll water my plants with Azatrol on Sun. I have 2 No pest strips
in the room I think I'll add 2 more and will turn off intake and exhaust fans for 12 hr at night. Do you think it will work? Any better idea how to kill them fast?

I've never needed to try it, but I heard Neem Oil works pretty good.
