At first they grew very rapidly but now it seems to be very slow. the second set of leaves have started to come up but havn't seemed to grow any the past couple days, you can just barely see them. post pics?
Just from the sound of it, I would suggest adding two more cfl's to the grow. Two is fine in the first week, but for it to really start growing into an adult plant, I think you will need more.

Your plants look fine to me. What strain is that? Bagseed?
I do have a few comments/questions about your setup, if you'll indulge me?
Are you using any nutes right now? (Shouldn't be, if you are. After 2 weeks is when you start, I believe.)
Do you have a way of checking the PH? Humidity? Temps?
Your PC fans look like they are using 2 seperate adapters. What are the ratings for those adapters? PC fans use very little wattage, and have low ratings overall... one adapter (with low/matching ratings, as well) should be plenty, unless you have them on seperate timers.
It also seems that you're using aluminum tape(?) to secure the wire connections you've made. I would definitely suggest using wire nuts, to avoid a fire.
Are you using aluminum foil or mylar to cover the interior? I don't use either myself, but I think I read somewhere (someone correct me if im wrong), that aluminum foil absorbs light. Maybe thats mirrors?
Setup looks good though. Have you figured out where you'll put them when they get bigger? You'll need lots of room! I started out in a 55-gal aquarium, but out-grew it FAST!

Go online and find a hydro shop to send your nutes in the mail. You'll be able to find whatever you need on the internet. Right now they don't need much nitrogen. You could burn them up.

Just draw you up some gallon jugs of water and leave the tops off for 24 hours. That'll ph your water to a usable ph of almost neutral. Give that to them. Your gonna do just fine like that, until you can get proper nutes. Don't Make me KISS you!
