Switch now. They should regain health and vigor. Would likely be a good idea to transplant into fresh soil. Might get a little bit of stunting, but they should be fine.

Going on what seems to be bad advice I set my lights to 12/12 from day one and my plants have grown so little in 5weeks. Would it harm them now to switch it to 18hrrs light 6darkness?
