fertilizer while flowering

just a quick question.... im giving my plants 10-15-10 shultz fertilizer and currently theyve been flowering for about a month in the 12/12 light in a closet. i was told that if i keep feeding them fertilizer until i harvest i will basically be smoking fertilizer. is this true? should i start to slowly decrease the amount of fertilizer i am giving them?

Well, no info on the soil or hydro or anything like that, so just throwing out info here.

After the 21st day I flower I do not give any nitrogen containing products at all. The plants do not need or use as much nitrogen, but they do dramatically increase needs of P and K. If you must feed, I would find something like a 0-2-2 or so. Again, I know not your medium.

But don't give any ferts at all after 4-5 weeks except molasses. Stop that 2 weeks before harvest and just overwater.....essentially flushing at the end. Nitrogen tastes nasty, harsh, and green.
