Need help rolling a Phillies Blunt? (asap =D)

I have a chocolate Phillies blunt.
1.Cut it down the middle (length wise)
2.Gutted it out
3.Seperated the one leaf thing from the chocolate
4. Where is the cancer paper?:wtf:
^ And how do I take it out...get rid of it?
5. And once that's done then I can roll it peacefully right?
And like zig's is there a certain "sticky" side to the blunt?

A blunt wrapper has tobacco in it so technically you can't get rid of the "cancer paper".
