WHY ISNT THE HERB LEGAL?

If you are in the US it is simply because not enough voting adults want it legal.

Most (even the non partakers) do think the current laws are a bit stiff but total legalization is too far. If you had backyards full lazy folks would try to steal like they do with any other "you got it I want it" commodity.
I've produced my own since '83 and had a glimmer when Ed proclaimed legal by 2004. Then he finally got hit,Emory got hit and I've still never seen a 14 footer basking in the sun rip itself out and go do something unspeakable to a child.

I reckon that as older generations of voting adults pass away and younger generations who grew up with cannabis (anytime after the mid 1960's) become the voting majority, then eventually cannabis laws will become less harsh and eventual legalization will occur. Can't say when, but the sooner the better. :thumbsup:

Well I think it's because people can grow it on their own and the government can't really tax us on it and it kills their souls to think we might get to enjoy something without them making a profit off of it. Fuck the man. :jointsmile:

it's a crying fuckin shame,that medical and alcohol companies OWN our totally worthless politicians...selling "medicine"that causes,loss of blood pressure,increase of blood pressure,blackouts,thoughts of suicide,hair loss,anal leakage, medical companies will lose BILLIONS when people start self medicating with pot,and they fear that loss..prompting higher power lobbying against it...and what about the god damm drunks???The king of beers is not responsible for any of his subjects...as long as they can sell more beer,it doesn't matter who dies of an alcohol related death...spread the word...FIRE ALL POLITICIANS...don't leave your furture in the medical/alcohol companies hands...FIRE ALL POLITICIANS...SPREAD THE WORD....
