so after weeks of being extremely cold with RH levels staying under 37% now it is 60 degrees and raining hard- turned on my dehumidifier and damn it blows a lot of hot air out its exhaust- it is a Soleusm brand unit- any suggestions on how to deal with this extra unwanted heat source

I could see it if the temp was 90F, but I really don't think you should be concerned when the temp is only 60. You certainly don't need air conditioning in the room at this point!

I have to agree with keylime... At 60 degrees you might need that lil bit of heat. It should dissipate as it exhausts. You should be good all the way up to 80-82ish.:thumbsup:The exhaust is part of the process to collect the moisture from the air.

cool , I plan only to having it run during lights out when I switch to 12/ 12 tomorrow, then the heat will be OK to deal with, just trying to orgainize things for my leave of absence . I can tell as of now being my first indoor grow, controlling heat is going to be a real issue when outside temps rise. I have read about it for years but to experience it is something else . I am staying about 75 to 78 degrees 24 inches from canopy with 2 1k
