UA Test in 45 - 50 Days. Natural Detox

Hey Guys,

First, thanks to the wealth of information on here. I think I have information paralysis and would like some feedback.

I have my test mid Feb. Last time I smoked up was Dec 10 ( 5 spliffs amongst 5 friends), then I had 2 hits on Dec 25 (xmas party). Prior to this, I only smoked up on weekends (1 spliff). So I feel I do not fall into the chronic smoking category.

Weight: 215lbs, height: 5' 10". I run 1.25 miles 5 days a week. I workout 5 days a week plus in my sports league. I have been on this regiment for the past 5 months.

I have now started to go to the steam sauna 3 X week. Bought Renewlife 30day detox.

Questions:
Me taking those hits on dec 25, will that reset me back to day 0? I have bought 7 home testing kits and will test on day 10 and increments of 5. Is there anything else I can do to help expedite this process?

P.S. Can you tell I am paranoid? lol

Sauna's do nothing to help rid THCA metabolites from your system, because very little is excreted through sweating. I would also ditch the 30 day detox. Marijuana is considered non toxic, so taking any kind of detox product is useless.

Your on the right track with the exercise and you have plenty of time to get clean. Test yourself regularly, say every 5 to 10 days and be sure to use the first urination of the day, as it contains the highest concentrations of THCA. You can also add some soluble fiber(Metamucil works great) to your diet. This will help you to shed some extra metabolites through your colon.

I believe if you continue to abstain you'll be fine.
I am 180#, 5' 6" and I don't run or go to a gym. I usually toke a hit or two every day but I stopped about 3 months ago. I abstained for about 3 weeks and passed a UA test for a temp agency.
I finished my stash about 4 weeks ago, and did another UA this last Monday for a permanent position. I did a home test and passed, and I also passed the required UA and was hired.:thumbsup:
I have a bottle of QuickFix I could have used, but in the past I've beat the UA's with as little as a 3 week dry out period.

Yes there is a wealth of information here but none of it involves giving any credence to scam detox products.

As Deige mentioned sauna is of no help. You have time and exercise, dilution, or substitution as your options. Good Luck.

The detox is not thc specific at all, it is just a body cleanse detox. I decided to take it since I am trying to do everything in my control to clean my body.

The reason I am worried is because I am 215lbs and have a belly aka Fat. From what I know THC metabolites love the fat. I have been making myself worried sick after I read about ppl not passing after 45+ days of abstaining etc...

The steam saunan does not work eh? I have read so many conflicting arguments that I am extremeley confused about this one. But from sweat perspective, you are right. On the wiki page of perspiration, sweat is 99% water I believe which leads me to think that no THC is released this way. However when you sweat, maybe some fat is burning as well?

I guess I am paranoid. I will keep this thread going as I do my urine test.

For my first void of the day, when I test; should I take midstream for sample?

It means a negative. There is no meaning attributed to the intensity of a line. A faint line is still a line.

Day 12


I passed the UA Test. However the line is more faint than before. The faint line worries me because the line for cocaine is solid. The line for THC is very faint.

Next test is in 5 days.

Will post my results again.
