No, you have bug issues. The best thing to do is look at the underside of the leaf. I'm sure you'll find some eggs, small specks .... you almost need a magnifying glass to see them. It's hard to tell, but it looks to me like they had nute burn earlier in their life, as the leaves up high have that showing on the full plant.
How much longer before harvest? You will need to spray them with neem oil, available at Lowe's and elsewhere, and spray them (especially the undersides of the leaves) every other day. I would advise not to spray the last four or five days before harvest due to taste issues from neem oil. They will live!
