Thought mites,can't find any thinking Cal/Mag issue.

Purchased hot shots no pest strips and flushed with 11 gallons of 6.4 to 6.8 run off PH and ended with a half strength dose of cal/mag nuts in the 12th gallon what do ya think can I save her? and does anybody think the tie downs are a bad idea pulling the lower stems outward from the canopy for more light? I could really use some input guys!

No, you have bug issues. The best thing to do is look at the underside of the leaf. I'm sure you'll find some eggs, small specks .... you almost need a magnifying glass to see them. It's hard to tell, but it looks to me like they had nute burn earlier in their life, as the leaves up high have that showing on the full plant.
How much longer before harvest? You will need to spray them with neem oil, available at Lowe's and elsewhere, and spray them (especially the undersides of the leaves) every other day. I would advise not to spray the last four or five days before harvest due to taste issues from neem oil. They will live!
