yellow tiger stripes on leaves

i have just put up my first grow room in a friends house
and the problem is i have 4 week old clones i transfered them
into 10 litre pots 2 days ago gave them a good watering
i'm using a 600 watt sun master on them i'm using canna as my
soil base i also have a oscilating fan over them after the first night
they looked droopy i guessed that was down to the watering today ive noticed
yellow Tiger like stripes on some of my leaves i'm no expert this is my first grow
But i'm starting to think heat stress any ideas folks also.. before i put them in the bud tent the plants were really green and healthy looking :rastasmoke:thanks folks
