dry vs. water pipes?

RAINHAZE Reviewed by RAINHAZE on 12-31-2010. dry vs. water pipes? just wondering what the major differences are between water pipes (bubblers?) and your cheap lil bowl. is there a huge difference in the quality or anything? wouldnt it be a bit of a hassle with a bubbler if you always need to be putting in water?
