sit in a comfortable position, keep your back straight, position your hands in whichever style feel right, and start off concentrating on your breathing. focus on the oxygen, focus on your heartbeat, keep doing this and let yourself justslip away. also you can do a kind of light self hyptonis by just silently repeating to yourself a word like 'peace' or 'tranquil' or anything happy and relaxing. hope this helped, im really really stoned and dont rememebrwhat im even typing. peace
