kief glycerin run
the rest of the story....
I left this run for 4 days in the crockpot. At the end of the 4 days, filtered with one of those reusable coffee filters. I let that sit in warm water and drain for about a day, then pressed out the material.
the effect is amazing, but not really what I expected. I roll about a teaspoon around in my mouth and feel the effects begin within minutes and hit major pain relief stage at about 30 minutes. It's not a major "stone" and the most noticeable effect is pain relief and visual. I didn't find it to be as great for sleep as opposed to eating whole, ground cannabis in coconut oil caps or cooked in food but this may be because strains used leaned towards sativa. A tester disagrees with me on the sleep part, so ymmv.
please be careful with dosages if trying this yourself. I have a pretty high tolerance and eat lots of cannabis.
I am wondering what some time would do for it's qualities, so we'll put some away.
I'll try to update this thread as we do new batches.
