Exactly what you suggested that I should get:
One Mini Twister Daylight Compact Fluorescent Bulb - 23 Watt, 4 Pack
Two Mini Twister Soft White Compact Fluorescent Bulb - 23 Watt, 4 Pack
Six Twinlite Lamp holder Adapter, White
Six Plug-In Socket Medium Base, couldn't find white - settled for yellowish color
Get a six plugs extension (6ft long each plug)

It's a closet so it has a rod up top. I was thinking if I put the extension plugs over that then It would be easier for me to adjust the height as I go... unless someone has a better idea (because that's all I got)
