Yes, two for power, six for lamps.
You can use above connections or holes. Here on the last page shows how to do.
    http://www.tridonic.com/com/en/downl...W_xitec_en.pdf
But its showing for T5. For PLL there is a graphic on the ballast, I couldn't find a clear picture of it.

So, if the holders already have the cables just follow the graphic. Get two sockets together in order. So you'll have eight cables like this: llll llll
Give them number from one to eight. One bulbs right end pin and the other bulbs left end pin will be connected to each others. Like here: http://www.tridonic.com/com/en/downl..._PC_PRO_sr.pdf Not PLL but you got what I mean (Ignore the ballast connection in this page).
In the end connection must be like this:
H for holder B for ballast
    H1-B1 H2-B2 H3-B3 H4-H5 H6-B4 H7-B5 H8-B6

Again, I didn't see PLL connection for the ballast so, numbers can be different.

I used above connections, my cables weren't a single thick wired. So I just push the cable with hookup (long nose pliers) and those two knife shapes in the holes cut the plastic cower of the cable and wires could connect there and stuck. If you use this make sure they fit well in there.
Better use round holes, if you don't have single wired cable clear the cable plastic like 1 cm, roll the wires and make them together as one wire and push in to hole. Pull them after that to see if they're attached there or not.

Sorry I couldn't concentrate well, if anything looks wrong in this post, ask for confirmation.

Hope these helps and finally you start growing

Buy a power converter for US electronics. I have one some where for when I went to Europe to run my American stuff. I got my bloom bulbs from HTG. Hope you can hook up, pun intended.
