probobly fungas gnats....either way pour a 1"-2" layer of playground sand over the top of your soil and whola! gone

Thanks for that. We're burried under a bunch of snow and sands not readily avail. idea for a store. Home depot, Ace? Can those gnats cause damage? I'll trek out after a bit of melt.
