Burnt toast came out calling me some kind of Scientologist. I am the most unreligious person you could possibly meet. I take offense to that. So you disagree with some of the information i posted, i can deal with that. But to effectively label me some kind of fringe religious nutritional supplement lunatic is uncalled for.Talking about i added that link in a defensive manner. I copied an excerpt from the site i posted the link to. How is that being defensive? I don't need any bungholes acting like a psychopath because i posted my experience. From the way burnt toast is acting, i'd say he is some kind of Christian fundie. And for webdox you can get to stepping if that's how you feel! I promise you i won't loose any sleep tonight. If you want to get down to brass tacks, the fact that i have a low body fat percentage, and a high metabolism probably did more for me than drinking all the fluids i drank. I wasn't saying that my method worked, I was just sharing the same as all the other people who shared their experiences on the boards, unless you harangued them and coerced them to redact their entries. I have alot hinging on this drug test too! Why do you think i even added myself to this website? Im intrigued by this topic and the information present on this site.

He in no way shape or form called you a scientologist. He simply stated that you were quoting the information of one(an uneducated one at that). We do understand that you are posting your experiences and that is fine... Stick to that. We are hell bent on posting factual information here in the drug testing forums so that no one ends up standing in the unemployment line or worse... Jail. We have nothing against you personally so just let this go and go on with your life. You are fighting a losing battle here.

How about you answer that. I was merely pointing out that youve cited your source in a manner that you were defending the alleged efficacy of niacin. Why else would you want to cite articles?

I put my experiences out there, I gave you sources of my information. You went for the jugular. You think it's junk science, GREAT! You think its ineffective, GREAT!

Its not that I think your quoted article is junk science. Its not just my opinion. It isn't hard to find that Hubbard started this myth. Use your favorite search engine and type in Hubbard niacin and you get 1000's of hits. Here are some. The first one is one of his websites so you can see his original claims on niacin. Also, Narconon is a drug rehab program funded by the Scientology movement who frequently touts the "vasodilation" claims shown on the healingdaily site.
