what's causing this?
I see a couple things from that information.
First, you left every ph field blank. This leads me to think you have no way of checking ph. I highly recommend you address this issue.
Second, you are feeding nutes every time you water. From what I've read (I only have experience with hydro, not soil.) you should feed, water, water. Water twice with just plain ph'ed water then once with nutes, and then repeat.
Third, you said #3 pot, (I'm not sure what size that is, but I'm guessing 3 gallon.) could possibly be getting root bound.
Disclaimer: I am by no means an expert, but just passing along a few things I have learned along the way.
Hopefully someone like WashougalWonder will stop back by and offer up some real experience now that the form is filled out. :hippy:

what's causing this?
Looks like mostly N overdose and need for repotting to me. I either missed it or something, but what is the size of the plant and how far into flower?
BUT Ph is very important...very important. Get a cheap drop test kit from a grow store.

what's causing this?
Yep, gotta go with WW here....ease up on the nutes...I find sometimes even clones want different levels of nutes than their exact DNA sisters....I attribute this for slight differences in my soil from pot to pot....mix as I may, they never seem to be exactly the same, or they don't change exactly the same as I go along and add stuff over time. And since you don't know what your ph is, you need to find out and start ph-ing water and soil and keep an eye on it....it changes constantly, even in soil, due to multiple factors, but mostly cuz it's a small amount of soil and we're usually trying to max nutes. Get a decent ph tester or the strips...btw, I think strips are a PITA! But better than nothing... Get an accurate digital tester and always know your ph's. All is not lost...make the necessary corrections and they will perk back up!
Good Luck!
