Get the hand held microscope from Radio Shack for $13. You can see exactly when the trichomes are ready. No mysterious "cloudy" trichs or harvesting early. Wait until you see 10% amber or brown trichs before harvesting.

The focus on this one is tough and the scope/eye piece view is just too small to see anything. Let me know which one is good and you guys like that is just simple to use.
