I have personally ordered from all these within the past year and have always received everything I ordered - some faster than others but I got them all within a reasonable amount of time considering they are all overseas. Have also ordered from a couple Canadian sites too but I don't think they sell to the US anymore. If stealth shipping is offered, I usually will pony-up the money for the extra care taken in shipping.

As far as lights, there are so many options - really depends on the size of the space. If using a small cab, it'll limit the amount of lights and type you can use. T5's are a pretty safe bet though especially for someone just starting out.

The day after my order I received and email stating the package has been picked up my royal mail and transfered to USPS mail. However, when I use the tracking number on usps it shows nothing as if they never got it. It has been 13 days now and still nothing showing up on USPS. I did have it sent prority express mail so that it would get here faster and so I Rating: 5
