OK this questions for you guys and girls that have "recently" ordered from attitude seed bank.

I ordered from attitude 13 days ago. The day after my order I received and email stating the package has been picked up my royal mail and transfered to USPS mail. However, when I use the tracking number on usps it shows nothing as if they never got it. It has been 13 days now and still nothing showing up on USPS. I did have it sent prority express mail so that it would get here faster and so I could tract it.

Anyone had this problem?

Give em time, the other two responses are probably right. I have yet to hear of someone getting screwed over by Attitude. Took my buddy 4 1/2 weeks to get his but they did make it.

Are you sure you're using the USPS tracking id and not the royal mail one? They are two separate entities. A friend from another forum ordered in the first week of Dec. and still have not received their package, but they have been able to track it and know it is on the way to them.

If you still can not track using the proper tracking id you should email their customer service. They will be happy to put your mind at ease. Nice people. :thumbsup:

The tracking number will only show delivery has been made. If you went for the guaranteed option it will come certified mail. Xmas is very slow getting stuff across the pond. I am sure customs is being a real hairy taco over packages too. My last order took about 10-14 days and that was before the rush. This is probably the safest time to have them send. Patience.

Received my package from Attitude within ten business days. Ordered first week of December and we're talking holiday mail season. I live in Kalifornia.

Usually they take a couple days less than that during non-holiday seasons.

I have absolutely no complaints about these guys/gals.

The royal tracking ### is the same one you put in the US postal tracking it will say it has been dispatched to destination (customs)

17 days and no seeds. Still checking the web site and still showing turned over from royal mail to usps. USPS is still showing tracting number not found. Still getting same old email from attitude that the mail is slow. But does not explain why no tracting info for usps.

because that is the way they are. You will not be able to see anything until it is delivered. Hang in there. You haven't gotten the card from customs so everything is in transit.
