Can i use these lights this way?

The lights are 150w each and one on each side at about 18'' or so away from the plant. I have done everything i could think of to get this plant healthy and rid of mites and all the plant has done is get bigger. So im out of space in this area and need to eliminate the space anyway as im going into a tent.

This plant has been in this section for a long time, but looks as healthy as its going to get. But it is the first time iv used these lights. So i dont want to mess up a strain i really like and will pull clones tonight.

As you can see, i cant hang the lights because of the slope in the area and is why i put the lights this way. I have never seen LED's this way so i thought id try and get feedback. After 3 days, the plant seems fine so far. It is a NL#5 and is one of the best pain relieving meds iv used and plan to flower smaller clones after this plant is finished.

I grew this plant last winter and re vegged it, only for it to get all ate up by a fungus. Its just a good thing one outta 3 clones made it, before the fungus really hit hard.

l, Bla i know, but its an important plant to me and dont want to fry it after babying it the past 4 months:wtf:. But i gotta say, this area is the only place that this plant can be flowered. It has to do with keeping the light cycle on without any worries.

Ok, please any feedback will be welcome. Basically, can i use the lights this way to flower this one plant and maybe a seedling just to see what happens. My luck it will be male, lol but wondering just how tall it would get.

In second pic, you can see, i had the p move the lights more close to the plant? But wanted to show the plant in regular light, only because i believe its in much better shape then it was before i went to 12/12. I gave everything i could think of that would help the plant. Only issue now was my last Ph reading, 7.4:wtf:. I have flushed, first thing, but still learning to use the pen. Also, it said it was already calibrated, but all the reading iv done, i still dont have a clue what it might be calibrated to? And reading a sticky that stinkyattic wrote, said that the run off would be at least .3 lower in dirt, but didn't completely understand why. And i wanna be an indoor grower, lmao!

I dont understand why a Ph pen wouldn't be set to 0.00, so when ya put the probe in the run off water, it would read. But the pen needs to be calibrated to 7.0, which you use -4.0 solution,FTW? Yeah i know this seems dumb, but i need a understanding or my grows will fail, so im putting this dumb question out there hoping for input i can say ''oh'' and get it. So if someone has time, this is important for the future of my growing so i would, as always be very grateful:thumbsup:

you can use them like that for the time being....just make sure the ends for air flow are not completely blocked so the heat sink can cool the electronics inside

Should be fine,.... Might look into some Mylar to reflect better against the backside. Other than that it looks good.

She seems kinda huge for the space,... are you 12/12?

Thanks Stra8:thumbsup:, i was hoing you would stop by. I only plan to bud this one plant in this area, then go into a tent with plants flowered at about 12''. I have seen some nice yeilds this way on the boards, plus it will be more easy for me to work with smaller plants in a tent. But we shall see soon:thumbsup:

    Thanks bro:rasta:

Yes iv seen a lot of grows when people have ran their lights vertical, but none with lights like these. I have seen maybe a panel of LED'S for supplemental lighting, but no grow where the LED'S ran vertical for all of their light source. Seen HID, but not LED.. And its my first time using them:hippy:

    Thanks for stopping man:thumbsup:

Dude that space is painted flat white, which is very reflective. Did you see the pic light up that space, which is small. Also, the plant is turned every other day, just to get a over all coverage of the plant.

And yeah man its on 12/12:thumbsup:. The reason the lights are this way is because the plant had been sick, yet continued to grow. Now to tall for the room and no head space to hang the lights. Plus, like i said im trying to eliminate this area to grow in. After its finish, i will grow some place i have control over as this space, i dont

    Thanks for stopping bro:thumbsup:

    Thanks for the help all:rasta:

    LSY,
Curious how long you left you lights this way and if you had them off the ground so the fans could do their thing...
