You have to educate yourself, and not thru the media, of course. But, voting, of course, is just one tool.

Someone could also run for office themselves, maybe even as an independent, like Loretta Nall did in Alabama. She formed the US marijuana party and ran for governor and actually started picking up traction in that election. She just went around to all the VFW's and talked to them about why she believed the laws were unjust. She actually came close to winning.

I don't see a reason to vote and i guess that's just because I'm young and in college. Aside from medical marijuana or legalizing it i don't have a political opinion. I was always told only talk politics with family, and my family doesn't talk politics. So my question for you guys is simple as the title. Why should i vote? Rating: 5
