On this new year, I declare myself independent of any federal law or state pertaining to the illegality cannabis in any way, form, word, deed, action, statute, code, written, verbal, or legislated. I as an independent person have the right to make decisions that effect or affect my life, liberty or my pursuit of happiness.

The government(s) laws against cannabis are without scientific foundation, support deadly black markets, bring corruption to those who are supposed to be stopping crime, not aiding and abetting it. As a citizen of the United States, it is my constitutional right and liberty to ignore or refuse to obey any law when it abridges my First Amendment Right to good health clearly defined in the constitution without twisting by corrupted courts, as the right to life and pursuit of happiness which cannot be separated.

Now, if you LEOs out there wish to take issue, and want to try and deny me that right, I say bring it on ASAP because soon, by the will of the people you won't ever be able to do it again. :S4: Some may say I'm crazy, but I'm not any where near as crazy as those assholes who wish to deny me my rights with out due process. Happy New Year! :birthday:
