Whats the problem? The Claw? HELP

I am using 2 600hps, 1mh in the middle to broaden the spectrum (a tip from a friend), in my aeroflo60 w/ hydrotone. I have just cured a brown root problem with a new leaching strategy, yet i still have this problem;

some of the fan leaves on most of the plants are starting to darken, and curl down. i have backed off the nutes, and when switching from veg to flower, have been easing them off the old nutes slowly so not to shock the plants. when i backed off the nutes, with in a few days i started to see new fresh light green leaves. I know its not a heat/hum problem, but check out the pics, btw i want to thank stinkyattic for all his posts.

the fourth pic is of the new growth. these are about 3 weeks into flower

im sorry this crop is only 18 days into flower when these pictures were taken.
