Patient/Doctor relationship One Year??
Thanks Nazman... appreciate the clarification, makes sense.
I read an online news article about not wasting time or money on a MMJ card until the applications are available from the AZ DHS.
While I'd like to get the MMJ app taken care of right away, I'm wondering if it is best to wait until mid April, 2011. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks!

I read some of the drafts on the AZ DHS and it looks like there is a requirement that the Doctor who writes the recommendation for a patient's MMJ card needs to have a relationship with the patient at least a year long, assessing the patient's condition prior to writing a recommendation. This seems like it will penalize the patient, who need help for their illness, and will delay applying for MMJ cards until a year from now. Have I mis-interpreted something in this draft? While my GP Rating: 5
