1. Patients with Personal Production Licenses can now have all 16 plants at max size - no more height or width rules. Mature Plants are now defined as plants in flower and seedlings are whatever is not in flower. Veg Big - Harvest Big. Oh Yeah!
2. Producers can exchange medicine between them to make patient access and delivery easier
3.LNPPs can now have 150 plants! More plants = more medicine
4. DoH will license 8 more producers by Dec. 31 to bring the total to 25. More Producers = more Medicine = more competition for quality and price.
5.Producers will now pay an annual renewal fee to support the program:
$10,000 first year renewal, $20,000 second year renewal, $30,000 third year renewal. The Guild Members have committed to not passing this cost on to Patients

I never doubted the DOH. Since July, I have found no reason to doubt the resolve of the folks up there. Good work to everyone involved with a voice and reason.

oh well time for concentrates then right. no need for bud when you got concentrates. 2 lbs of bud will make about 6oz. of oil or bubble. mabey a little more, but some heavey smokin before harvesting more like harvest parties or patient days at alfonsos house lol. that will keep you in the 6 oz. mark, just as long as harvested no more than 6 oz right. such a bad rule they made, it is like they pulled it out of the air or sumthing. more like pulled it out of some propagandaists butt.

Anyone have a link to these new regulations? 'Cause I just came from the DOH's website, and did not see them there. (P.S. I was one who wrote in asking them to increase the ppl plant #s, and other stuff). I had already heard the 95-150 change for licensed producers, but not the rest. Please post a link - this could change my future plans immediately!
