    OK, this is good.

Took a home test after drinking 40 oz of water combined with a bunch of b-complex. Got a faint line but it's there nonetheless. My screen is tomorrow at 9am. I will wake up a 5am and start the program.

Was it dilution or natural? Who knows but I'm playing it safe. I will drink gatorade instead of water staring in the morning after my first void.

I will update the thread after my screen.

    Peace.

Have you been creatine-loading the past few days?

Keep in mind that creatinine is tested as well as specific gravity in determining an overdiluted sample. Therefore when utilizing any dilution techniques, you want to load up on creatine 2-3 days before the scheduled U/A in order to keep the creatinine levels at a satisfactory reading. Creatine-loading will not do any good on the day of the U/A because it takes 2 days for the body to convert creatine into creatinine. Read up on the Dilution sticky thread.

Isn't that for lab purposes? It's a dot screen and I read that if you pass the screen, they stop it there and you're good.

I did eat some meatballs the other day, though.

Not necessarily. Instant-type kits that feature additional panels for creatinine and SG are available and increasing in use.

Specimen validity checks are mandated on ALL DOT tests. And ALL DOT tests MUST be sent to the lab for analysis (onsite spot-testing is prohibited, as per DOT regulations).
Even so, the lab will still perform an initial validity and drug check and yes, if the sample passes the initial validity and drug checks, the testing process is over as a 'pass'.

That's not necessarily true. We try to point everyone towards following the directions in the dilution thread if you are going to try to pass with your own pee. You arenâ??t the first or last to ignore the creatine loading. Hopefully you wonâ??t have over diluted. Lesson learned, load creatine if you are going to take a piss test. Other than the water and B2 for color, itâ??s really all you need.

Well, I took the test and I'm waiting until Monday for the results. If it's diluted and I have to re-test, will it be supervised? I just went out of state for some QF. The only reason I didn't do it before is because I never had the chance.

I'll tell ya, though....that urine sample was almost neon.
