oddball or anyone have u orderd HBWR seeds from basement shamen before? were they worth it or duds? i orderd from bouncing bear the seeds were great but i think they r out of stock now cause i cant find them anymore on the site..i emailed them about it but i havent got anything back yet.

Brokedown...Basement Shaman is a top notch company. If you wanna purchase HWS go for them. Everything comes fast and the dude that runs it is honest and not in it for kicks, he seems to be a honest lover of ethnobotanicals. Ok, tell me again, you just scrape off the casings of the seeds and eat em or mash em up and THEN swallow? Still debating trying HBWS

not the casing the fuzzy stuff, u can injest anyway you want, if u use water use bottled water, i grind mine up in a coffe grinder and ive tried putting it in tea bags and letting the contents soak out in hot water but it didnt work for me... and i tried putting the grinded up seeds in apple sauce or yogurt and it works very well. no chewing just swallow you dont even notice.. i dont know how you do with nuasea..but you should 1 or 2 dramamine 30 mins before u ingest. this helps me and i dont have no nuasea but once i did it without the dramamine and had nausea at first.
