Can anyone identify the problem?
It looks like mold, but I dunno what kind exactly...After a thorough cleaning, I would try to do whatever I could to get the humidity in the room down to or below 30% and keep the temps around 70ish, multiple heaters and dehumidifiers if possible even....you want it low during flowering just to prevent mold from occurring like you have there, and OM is very right....run the dehumidifier(s) at night too if possible, that's when the humidity really climbs....you need to get the RH down and under control asap. Dunno if you can save the grow or not tho...
