Give it a shot. I doubt that you will get audited, but if it happens try and go with it. If states are trying to tax dispensaries, and you buy from them, write it off.

we write off all other medical expenses i should be able to write these off ? i just dont think my old atx guy would think much of it. you know those bean counters are quite conservative and frown on weed as medicine!!!!:jointsmile:

Well just tell him to do your tax form, don't sign it, take it home, fix the numbers and send it in as prepared by yourself if you have that many deductions. they are screwing you, so turn about is fair play in my book! :lol5:

I wouldn't. Federally its still not legal so if you get audited you might be forced to pay back taxes and penalty fees. Now if there was some other substance that could be listed as you growing and that could tax deductible I would list that, but I'm not aware of any.
