Ace & Head have some very desirable genetics that I haven't seen around CO yet, and I'm not able to do any mail ordering at the moment. Some day!

youll find a lot of genetics are not available here in CO. my thoughts are that the risk of importing strains forced locals to breed their own, hence all the influx of strains people know nothing about. it would be nice to have several solid breeders in CO with quality f1s. perhaps in time.

Ah, I did not think about that little technicality. I will have to look into this. Have your attorneys spoken to you on this issue or have you heard anything concrete?

That's just from my reading of 1284, but I think it's a reasonable conclusion. I mean, they went through the trouble of delineating the two. Fairly clear language there.
