I'm sorry, but I don't believe that is true. A caregiver can't have another caregiver, but I haven't seen anything in regards to a primary center.

@quetzal: You can't sell for more than cost, but you get to determine the cost. This is a HUGE misconception that many caregivers have... you can only "break even." Not at all. You can charge whatever you want for your own labor, factor in the space you're growing in vs rent/mortgage payment, etc.
