too much of a good thing

Hi All,
I don't want to run afoul of the posting rules, so I will try to describe my
situation discreetly. As an over 50 guy, it was difficult for me to access
the black market. So I began to grow my own and had success well beyond
my needs or expectations.
Is there a place or method where producers and patients can connect
in safety? The law has been passed in NJ, but the governer seems to be
determined to delay implementation and make it as difficult as possible
for patients to obtain relief for their suffering.
Just thought I'd ask if anyone had any ideas.
