It was first thought to be a back strain but after an MRI, it came back positive showing 2 discs smaller than the rest which was caused from constant heavy lifting. The wear and tear is so severe that i have chronic pain in my lower back and shooting pains down my legs. The wear has also caused a nerve to be pinched or squished on my left side causing tingling and numbness. This has been going on for 6months and im Rating: 5
