Blue Dream, how much stretch to expect

I have a nice blue dream mother, and several clones taken from her.
What I need is some info on raising this strain from those that have gone on befor me.

    My setup:
400 watt hps for flower, 400 watt mh + cfl's for veg.
in foxfarm soil (will be in 5 gal for flower)

what I would like to know is at what point do I flip my young ones to flower
to end up with maximum 4 ft. finished size? How much does this strain stretch
durring flower? I ask because I really do not want them to reach a height much more than this.

How did they react to nutriants? I know some strains will soak up whatever you throw at them while others seam to require little or minimal nutes.

To top, fimm, lst, or let it grow however it wants? What produced the best results and the most bud?

Most of my babies are around 6 to 8 inches so far. I generally flip my other varieties at around 12 to 16 inches, but this varies acording to strain.

Thanks for any help in advance.

foxfarm is good soil, im using it right now and it holds water nicely. slow drainage and the soil has plenty of nutrients.

nutrients ive been using super thrive and sensi bloom. and i must say my plant is looking healthy so far.

if you dont want your plant to max out just stunt it and keep it in a smaller pot. the more soil you have the taller your plant will be.

all i gotta say is follow your gut and soak up as much info as you can. your plant will be nice and hopefully produce some nice yields.
