Put the seeds in a shot glass of distilled water and cover with another cup. Leave them there for a day. I then plant them in a solo cup using the same dirt mixture I will use the entire grow. Make sure you have holes cut in the bottom of the cup and water well. Cover the cup with a ziploc bag and secure it with a rubber band and place under your light. Remove ziploc bag once sprouted.
