I like to think that we can follow the constitution and yet still remain compassionate. I would not be for allowing someone to bleed to death in sight of a hospital... that would just be wrong. Not just that, but what about the unconscious victim who shows up with no proof of insurance? I do think though that after stabilizing someone, it is time to start looking at who is going to pay. If they can't pay... then they shouldn't get more than basic services. I'm sorry... Darwin had it right.

This is a good sign. The constitution is starting to win out over this insane liberal led excursion to the brink of socialism that we have been on lately. It won't take long now to get a groundswell started with more state courts weighing in and this will certainly be in the supreme court very soon. I also think that it will be declared unconstitutional and my bet is 6-3. I think a couple of the justices are going to have quite a hard time with this. :stupid:It is going to be a good show and I am here for the ride!
