Of course it's going to get struck down.

And once that happens, car insurance is next.

The federal government does not have the constitutional authority to force us to give our money to any specific industry.

car insurance is much different. you can opt out of car insurance simply by not owning a car or choosing to drive. Health care was proposed as a federal mandate. This is clearly outside the scope of the Federal Government as the constitution clearly states that all rights not specifically covered under the constitution are reserved for the states.
