im new to growing so could someone help me out, im starting with cuttings in soil 11ltr pots and was wondering how much water should i give them and how much should i go up when they veg and then when they flower thanks.

So, 11 litre pots are approximately 3 gallons. Best rule of thumb is to wait until the soil crusts over dry. Then, stick your finger about 1 inch into the soil....if it is dry, time to water. I would also water them just enough to about 10% runoff. (Please be aware this is only opinion, and not the gospel. Your miles may vary)

I wait until the soil is bone-dry before watering it. Then, I use approximately 2 cups/gal of soil.

Since you're new, I might as well throw in that cannabis loves wet/dry cycles. This prevents root rot and pests/pathogens from flourishing.
