Mold on my seedlings?

Got this white/grey stuff on my leafs

I'm guessing it's mold? (Which I originally thought it was spider mites - thankssss its not )

Any suggestion on dealing/minimizing/getting rid of/ controling this?

I'v been using neem oil.

The leaf in that pic shows leaf miner damage not mold.

Hmm... thanks for the info. I'm not sure what it is then. I have one plant and it is inside/ never came in contact without outdoor things. Thats what it looks like to me. So I am not sure, is it something I should be worried about or ignore it?

I would say stay with the neem oil for a bit, but I am still pretty much a newb.
I have not personally had that much experience dealing with insects. (...knocks on wood...)

Be patient and I'm sure one of the veterans here will have some insecticide suggestions. :hippy:

A pic of your actual leaf would help out a ton on proper diagnosis.

Just got some pics up +(Y)
Heres a link to my other thread showing how the plant was about 3 days ago and very detailed info about what i am doing/have done.
Also just got T5 lights (Y) [knock on wood they are good]

The i don't know what..marks? you see on the leafs, you can see the exact same thing on the same leaf on the back/bottom of it.
The sagging I guess is from over watering? which I should leave alone the water and the neem oil for a bit till it drys. I am more worried though about the marks ...
