So according to you I'm probably screwed?

Only a home THC test (using the first urination of the day) can accurately answer that question. More accurately so than guesswork from I, or any other person that responds to this thread.

Is there ANYTHING I can do today to help try to pass my test tomorrow?

If you test dirty on the home test, you can try and make an excuse to postpone the test so you can begin creatine-loading and other preparations to uitilize the steps outlined in the 'Dilution' sticky thread. If postponment is out of the question, then you would have to try and load up on the volume of fluids outlined in the Dilution thread....and PRAY.

The only time I got drug tested though was the first time I went to meet my PO. However, I'd like to ask questions just to be sure. I see my PO Monday, Dec. 13th. The last time I smoked was last Saturday Dec. 4th at night, and the time before that was November 30th.
