Probation drug test on Monday

Hey guys,first post here.

I've been on probation since May 12th of 2009. The only time I got drug tested though was the first time I went to meet my PO. However, I'd like to ask questions just to be sure.

I see my PO Monday, Dec. 13th. The last time I smoked was last Saturday Dec. 4th at night, and the time before that was November 30th.

I basically go about my probation as quitting for 3 weeks, go see my PO (pretty sure I'll be clean, I'm a healthy and fit person, and I drink a lot of water, etc) then the day after I see my PO I will blaze down for about a week, sometimes up to two weeks. I slipped up this last time though and blazed a little too long than I am comfortable with.

I've been drinking the hell out of water, even when I was smoking, I have been sitting in the sauna and playing basketball about 3 times a week each. I have these niacin pills from GNC, 500 mg. I take one of those every day.

Anything else I should do to help? If you think I'm screwed, all input is appreciated. Also this is for probation so taking a detox isn't an option as they show up as a diluted test. Thanks.


Oh, I took exactly 3 hits off a joint, and one hit off a bowl last Saturday.

Saunas and niacin are nothing more than an old myth brought on by the father of the Scientology movement L. Ron Hubbard (do a Google search with the terms ''L. Ron Hubbard & Niacin" for more info. There you'll discover that Hub is nothing more than a crackpot with no medical training whatsoever and that anything coming from his mouth should be taken with a box of salt).

Also this is for probation so taking a detox isn't an option as they show up as a diluted test

BTW, drinking a bunch of water days or weeks before the U/A is of no help. THC is NOT water-soluble like other drugs. Its fat-soluble. Its stored in the fat cells and remain there until the fat cells are burned for energy. When fat cells burn, the THCA are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and end up in the bladder. Therefore you cannot 'wash away' THC from your fat cells like you can wash away dirt off your car. Drinking water dilutes the THCA content thats present in your bladder. This phenomena is only temporary - once the water ingested had all been urinated out, a "dirty" donor would resume testing positive for THC. Therefore, drinking water is only helpful on the day of the U/A.

Samples are ruled "too-dilute" because the specific gravity and creatinine levels are below satifactory limits, therefore when doing any dilution protocol, youd have to take steps to ensure that these two urine constituents are maintained within acceptable limits. Read up on the Dilution 'sticky' thread.

Only a home THC test (using the first urination of the day) can accurately answer that question. More accurately so than guesswork from I, or any other person that responds to this thread.

If you test dirty on the home test, you can try and make an excuse to postpone the test so you can begin creatine-loading and other preparations to uitilize the steps outlined in the 'Dilution' sticky thread. If postponment is out of the question, then you would have to try and load up on the volume of fluids outlined in the Dilution thread....and PRAY.

I'm not a scientist on THC and piss tests, but if its fat stored, don't eat for 24 hours or minimal for 48 hours and load your urine with albumin, and that's a sign of fat cells being burned off. Take the home test during. But.....when I was on probation, I stayed clean because I wasn't giving them a chance to fuck me further!!! :twocents:

Yep amen to that I messed up and took one hit and have been paranoid but I also have already failed 4 uas for herb I've given up smoking and now checking myself back in its not worth the freedom to me I might do the thai hi jh free option but from what I've read there are to many conflicting stories on metabilization times so I'm going the drug free route
