Indicas have a higher cbd than sativa so if you were going to grow thats what you would want to start with.

Having ,Lorazepam you may find smoking or vaping any kind may be bad news.

Google rick simpson or pheonix tears make the oil.Put it in jell caps start with really low doses three times a day and build up slow.You may want a larger dose at night so you sleep through the high .In time you should nead less or even none of the other meds.

Small doses will not get you high .
Over time increase the dose and keep building it up in your system.Many people have done this and never gotten the high.
